LALA Tamar and Ofer Ronen are two accomplished musicians who come together in this intimate encounter of voice and strings, sounds and cultures. They create a journey in song and story through the lands of the Mediterranean Sea and North Africa.
LALA is known as a diva of Moroccan Arabic groove that breathes vibrant new life into Andalusian, Flamenco, and Middle Eastern music. She is a collector of lost stories and women’s songs in Haquetia, the Moroccan Ladino language. Accompanied by the virtuoso guitar of Ofer, the duo masterfully weaves a concert of tenderness and depth, enchanting listeners into a ritual that celebrates the roots of three cultures in one.
