Rio Theatre
The Chutzpah! Festival is known as an international performing arts festival, and while we love introducing Vancouverites to artists from around the world, we also have some amazing talent closer to home. The 2026 festival is opening with a bang, presenting an eclectic evening of local artists.
Festival favourite Jacob Samuel will emcee a fantastic evening of homegrown talent, featuring flamenco by Liat Har Lev, Jan Bate, Humphrey Chou and Iminah Kani, a musical drag piece by Uriel Yekutiel, a new Yiddish-inspired theatre performance by Angelic Goldsky and Ariel Martz-Oberlander, music by Haley K Turner and Jonah Ocean, and more.
Don’t miss your chance to get to know some of the diverse artists that Vancouver has to offer in this exciting, one-night-only showcase.
